- Calendar Data: We request OAuth access to your Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Calendar purely to check your availability and automatically add booked events. We only store the necessary metadata (such as free/busy statuses and event times) required to prevent double bookings. We do not read, scrape, or store the contents of your private calendar events.
- Payment Information: For paid features, your transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

We use your information strictly to operate, maintain, and improve the Syncvite platform. This includes:
- Facilitating seamless meeting scheduling between you and your clients.
- Sending necessary transactional emails, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations.
