Data at rest—including database volumes, automated backups, and file attachments—is protected using robust AES-256 encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers within secure virtual private clouds (VPCs).

Compliance Certifications

• SOC 2 Type II: Syncvite maintains strict operational controls aligned with SOC 2 requirements to ensure our security practices remain top-tier.
• GDPR & CCPA: We are fully compliant with global data privacy regulations. We offer strict data residency options and provide built-in automated tools for users to export or permanently delete their data.
• HIPAA: For our Enterprise healthcare customers, Syncvite can be securely configured to meet HIPAA requirements, and we are fully equipped to sign Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) upon request.

Vulnerability Management

Security is a continuous process. We run regular internal vulnerability scans and partner with elite third-party security firms to execute comprehensive penetration testing.
