By accessing or using the Syncvite platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service established by Hub Cloud Technologies LLC (operating as Syncvite). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions outlined here, you may not access our services.
Syncvite provides an online scheduling infrastructure, including calendar synchronization, automated reminders, payment collection through integrated gateways, and AI-powered booking assistants.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and passwords. You agree not to use Syncvite for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to transmitting spam, malicious code, or engaging in harassment. For users utilizing the Syncvite AI calling feature, you must comply with all local telemarketing and recording laws in your jurisdiction.
Paid subscriptions to Syncvite (e.g., Teams and Enterprise tiers) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Payments are non-refundable, except where legally required. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle.
Syncvite is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Under no circumstances shall Hub Cloud Technologies LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, missed meetings, or data loss, resulting from your use of the platform.
